Timothy (Tim) Jones
Tim Jones and Leah Jones founded Glory Energy Solutions LLC, a woman-owned business in 2007. Glory Energy Solutions LLC is a Maryland firm providing energy auditing, energy consulting, renewable energy solutions and related contracting services. This woman-owned company leverages the finest quality professional services to support the heart of our mission: to help clients save energy and make energy.

They live, work and serve our clients in Maryland. Glory is a certified Building Analyst by the Building Performance Institute (BPI), certified consultant and mentor/trainer with the Maryland Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program, and authorized dealer of BP Solar products and systems.

Mark Lancaster
Mark worked his way through college by remodeling and renovating homes. This difficult work provided him with a deep sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, and it wasn’t long before he was certain that home building would be his career.

With a degree in business administration from Mount Saint Mary’s College, Mark brings a unique business perspective to Lancaster Craftsmen Builders. Through his extensive experience in residential remodeling and historic renovation, he has a thorough understanding of each of the professional trades affiliated with the construction process.

Denise Jacoby
Denise Jacoby is the Executive Officer of the Frederick County Builders Association, serving over 320 members by fostering a successful business environment in our community. FCBA is a National Association of Home Builders designated National Green Building Affiliate and is dedicated to endorsing, urging and educating its members on green building practices. Denise is also the current Chairman of the Board of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce.
